ZECO is Zerith’s energy management platform. It brings available energy and compliance information into a structured view to support benchmarking, investigation, reporting and improvement across individual sites or portfolios.
Can ZECO use our existing meters and utility data?
The intended approach is to work with available metering and utility information. The demonstration is an opportunity to review your data sources, format, coverage and update frequency, and establish which connections and level of detail are suitable.
Is all the information updated in real time?
Update frequency depends on the connected source and its reporting interval. Connected meter feeds may support frequent updates; periodic utility records provide a different level of visibility. Agree the expected coverage and refresh rate for your proposed setup.
Does ZECO replace a building management system?
This page presents ZECO as an intelligence and reporting platform. Do not assume that it directly controls plant or replaces existing BeMS functions. Zerith can explain how the proposed setup would work alongside your building systems and controls.
Can ZECO complete compliance reporting automatically?
ZECO supports evidence organisation and reporting workflows, including ESOS, SECR, carbon accounting and EPC tracking. Outputs still need suitable data, review and any required specialist approval. Software support does not itself establish regulatory compliance.
What savings should we expect?
Savings depend on the site, starting performance, data quality and changes implemented. A dashboard indication is an opportunity for investigation, not a verified saving. Zerith can assess potential measures and discuss how implementation and subsequent performance would be evaluated.
Can our own team manage the platform?
Yes. Building internal capability is central to Zerith’s approach. Supported internal, hybrid and managed delivery options can be discussed around your team’s capacity and the technical demands of the programme.
